To create your account, provide our Services, and facilitate marketplace transactions between buyers and sellers.

For processing dietary preferences, sending marketing emails, and utilizing non-essential cookies. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

To improve our platform, ensure cybersecurity, train our AI models (using anonymized data), and prevent fraud.

To comply with tax, corporate, and law enforcement requirements.

To power our “Health Helpers” and “Economic Helpers,” Aevicor utilizes artificial intelligence. We aggregate and de-identify your data (removing Personally Identifiable Information) to train and improve these models.

While we use AI to provide personalized dietary or economic recommendations, we do not subject users to decisions based solely on automated processing that would produce legal or similarly significant effects. Users maintain ultimate control over their purchasing and dietary choices.

Your payment data is securely handled by our exclusive third-party processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card numbers or bank account details. By transacting on the platform, you are subject to the Stripe Privacy Policy.

To fulfill a contract, we share necessary transaction data (e.g., shipping address) between buyers and sellers. Sellers are independent Data Controllers of the buyer data they receive and must comply with all applicable privacy laws. Aevicor is not liable for independent seller data breaches.

Cloud hosts (e.g., AWS), analytics providers, and payment processors.

To comply with valid legal subpoenas or in the event of a corporate merger or acquisition.

Aevicor is headquartered in the United States. If you access our Services from the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, Canada, or other regions, your data will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US. We rely on legally provided mechanisms to lawfully transfer data across borders, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, and we ensure our third-party processors adhere to equivalent international safeguards.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy. Active account data is held for the lifetime of the account. Upon account deletion (Right to be Forgotten), your personal data is permanently deleted or fully anonymized within 30 to 90 days, except where retention is strictly required by law (e.g., financial transaction records for tax auditing).

We implement industry-standard encryption, tokenization, and access controls. However, no electronic transmission is 100% secure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aevicor expressly disclaims liability for unauthorized access resulting from a cyberattack or malicious third-party actions that circumvent our reasonable security measures.

We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 30 days, as required by international law. If you are an EEA/UK resident and believe we are unlawfully processing your data, you have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

Consistent with our Terms of Use, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for an account or transact on the Services; minors between the legal age of digital consent in their jurisdiction and eighteen (18) may use the Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13), or from EU/EEA residents under sixteen (16) without verifiable parental consent. If we discover we have processed such data without verifiable parental consent, it will be immediately deleted.
